Architectural Project Manager
Requirements:
Our Sacramento office is in need of an Architectural Project Manager
with the following duties and requirements:
Job Duties:
Responsible for assigned contract for architectural glass systems: study
and coordinate the efforts of all departments to meet the requirements
of the contract, both in terms of architectural integrity and budget.
Attend all staff meetings, prepare status reports, initiate all product
orders, establish an installation sequence and maintain contact with the
field, review and critique architectural drawings for the project,
catalogue and maintain all architectural drawings and change orders as
well as ensuring that shop fabrication releases meet the specifications
of these drawings. Coordinate all of the above work and information
with, and through, the personnel and relevant departments responsible
for his assigned project. Will serve as liaison between the supervising
architect and the engineers, surveyors, and contractors, ensuring
compliance with applicable zoning and building codes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture
or Construction Management
- Experience: Three years experience in job offered or related
occupation, involving Construction/Design Management
- Experience to include: (1) AutoCAD; (2) project management and
supervision of engineers, vendors and suppliers; (3)management involving
major glass installation projects
